As a result of our updates, we have been able to make seamless audio and video calls thanks to the new technology and architecture we implemented.
What’s New and Improved:
The update should reduce the number of call drops. Our format and layout are made simple for our users. It is easy to navigate and manage all video screens.
We're committed to providing a smooth user experience—and we think you'll agree when you take a look at how easy it is to use this feature now! In the old system, our customers reported instances of call drops. We want to assure you that these are extremely rare occurrences, and we will keep them at bay.
What is to be done on your end:
For those on the Web version:-
Your web version will update itself. Your users don't need to do anything.
If they do have difficulty connecting, clearing their browser cache or even just refreshing will help.
For those with White-label Mobile Apps:-
